Cube Re-Design

Work was kind enough to take my nice 22” monitor and replace it with a 21” widescreen LCD. The decreased footprint allowed me to reorganize my cube in to a configuration that makes me much happier. I spent a majority of today cleaning/dusting my cube and rearranging the shelving. If I had a camera with me, I would snap a few pictures and post them here. Until that happens, you’ll have to take my word for it.

The new LCD has many inputs with Picture In Pictures support. They are meant to allow us to have an output without needing a second (expensive) monitor. I can finally have proper TV output! Huzzah!!

21” widescreen LCD… nicenicenice. I recently helped someone pick out a 19” LCD screen for their office to purchase (I found some great screens and prices), and their office HR person came back and said, “umm… a 17” is more than reasonable. 19” screens are for people who do a lot of graphics work.”

....

my point is, I’m glad you got the 21” WS LCD. That’s reasonable and happy. like so —> :)
