Idea - Info Drop Box

Summary
A site devoted to storing information that is intended to be distributed to selected third parties via a secure URL + code. A user would create an account and then enter information that they would like to potentially share with others; contact info, doc files, Q&A, etc. The user would then generate a code and select what subset of the information can be seen. Each code can be limited based upon time or number of viewings. Statistics are kept for all codes so that the account user can determine who viewed the information and when. The site could also generate a code to be emailed to a specific person; allowing them to avoid typing in a code.
Usages
Recruiter
A recruiter would be able to enter information about available positions and then generate a code for each one. When a potential match is found for a position, the recruiter would email the candidate and include the link to the information. When the candidate visits the site to see the position (and other information), the recruiter will be able to see this to know whether further contact is needed.
Job Seeker
When job hunting, being contacted by recruiters is an inevitable circumstance. The typical first email exchange is the recruiter saying they have a position(s) that you might fit and they would like an updated resume. The job seeker could use the Info Drop Box to post a resume, salary requirements, a description of what type of position they are seeking, etc. They could respond to the recruiter with a time expiring link to this information and know if/when a recruiter is actively seeking to find you a position, or if they are simply mass spamming updated accounts on monster.com or dice.com.
Temporary File sharing
There are times when it is needed to share files with others. The standard procedure is to upload the file to a server and then eventually remove it (if you remember). This could be changed by giving out a time expiring code. The file would remain on the server, but access to it would be automatically removed after the specified time frame.
