I think I bricked my grill trying to install a firmware update. I knew I shouldn't have bothered with a wifi grill, fuck me.
@jacob I had the same issue with my Masterbuilt smoker. Support was responsive, but they sent me the wrong replacement controller...twice.
Being able to adjust and monitor the temperature is worth the initial hassle.
